Craziness!!!

Today is a new day!

We got about 5 inches of snow today in the Twin Cities that was supposed to only be a "light dusting"....damn weathermen. They truly never get the forecast right for the St. Croix valley area. But now the sun is out shining and it's a beautiful day! Minus the glaring white snow outside of my teller window at work. It's hard on these eyes!

I actually feel really good today. People always say that exercise really makes people happier, and I think it really does. I did cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes and then lifted weights for another 30. I feel energized despite the fact that we are crazy slow at work (that's why I get to write in my blog!)

I sat down for breakfast today when B told me he only has 1 pair of work socks left. This is my usual sign that I need to do laundry...like bad. So I thought ahead and was like....well tonight I'm working out until about 8, then have to run a couple errands to Michael's and Walmart. Tomorrow night I bowl right after work, Saturday I'm going to downtown St. Paul for St. Patrick's Day, so B, could you wait until Sunday for laundry??? Thank goodness it works out that he only works M-F, but that means my Sunday is going to be shot doing load after load of laundry until I pass out from the scent of Tide.

So then it hit me, holy crap the month of March is half way through! Glancing at my calendar, I have so much stuff to do and get ready for!
  • 15th: Bowl
  • 16th: St. Patrick's Day celebration
  • 18th: Bowl
  • 19th: Band practice
  • 21st: Lee Brice concert at Mill City Nights
  • 22nd: Bowl
  • 23rd: Grand Casino Mille Lacs for Easton Corbin concert and overnight stay
  • 24th: Bartend at the Legion
  • 26th: Band
  • 28th: Haircut (finally!!!: my girlfriend is supposed to color my hair sometime in the middle of all this mess, HOPEFULLY! My roots are starting to look frickin' ridic)
  • 29th: Bowl
  • 31st: Easter
When I add in working out at the gym 3 times per week, it leaves me with hardly any wiggle room to just relax and enjoy time with B. I hope he doesn't mind. But I feel bad! We haven't gone on a "REAL DATE" for who knows how long. I don't even have kids!!! Thank God!!!

I wanted to start getting up at 5 everyday during the work week. Mon and Tues I get up that early for work, so Wed, Thurs, and Fri would be to work out so that I can have more time after work to enjoy life or do the piles of laundry at home. I'm just a weenie when it comes to getting up early to work out. IDK...

I tried the shower out at the RVAC yesterday and it wasn't half bad! This will save a lot of time for me if I can shower right away after workout rather than getting home and doing it, or not... I'm bad like that. SORRY! This will get me in the right direction to hopefully workout in the morning and get ready for work at the gym, but that takes a lot of planning too. I'll make it work...eventually.

On another note, I decided I'm going to make my blog public on facebook once I lose 10 pounds. Yes, I know I don't have any followers now, but that's ok. It's just nice to type out my frustrations.
